1. Who may use DrawnMagic

DrawnMagic is for adults, parents, and legal guardians who want to turn children's drawings into a personalized storybook. By using the service, you confirm that you can legally place an order and that you have the rights and permissions needed for any drawings, names, dedications, or other content you provide.

2. The service

You upload drawings and optional personalization details. DrawnMagic uses human review, software tools, and AI-assisted systems to create previews, story text, illustrations, layouts, and print-ready files. Results are personalized and may vary from preview to final book, especially after edits, print preparation, or production constraints.

3. Your content

You keep your rights in the drawings and information you upload. You grant DrawnMagic a limited license to host, process, adapt, reproduce, and share that content only as needed to provide the service, prepare and deliver your book, handle support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, unsafe for children, or shared without the required consent. We may refuse or cancel a project that appears to violate these rules.

4. Orders, payment, and delivery

Prices, taxes, shipping costs, and payment terms are shown before checkout. Payments and order processing may be handled by Shopify and other service providers. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. You are responsible for accurate order, personalization, shipping, and contact information.

5. Personalized products, cancellations, and issues

Each book is made to your specifications. Once production or print preparation has started, cancellation and withdrawal rights may be limited where the law allows for clearly personalized products. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights, including legal remedies for faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrectly supplied goods.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly at contact@drawnmagic.com with your order details and photos where relevant.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

DrawnMagic, its website, brand, software, templates, and service materials belong to DrawnMagic or its licensors. You may use the service only for personal, lawful purposes and may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse any part of it.

7. Privacy and children

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because the service may involve children's drawings or details, you must provide that information only if you are allowed to do so as a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep DrawnMagic reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrawnMagic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by French law, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
