1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to create and deliver your book: uploaded drawings, optional personalization details, contact, order, payment, billing, and shipping information.

We also use technical information such as IP address, browser/device data, preview limits, local storage, and analytics events when you accept analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

We use this information to generate previews, create book pages, prepare print files, process payment and delivery, answer support requests, remember your choices, and protect the service from abuse.

3. Who helps us process it

We use Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, storage, authentication, and database services; OpenAI for drawing and story generation; Shopify for checkout and order processing; print and shipping partners for production and delivery; and Google Analytics only if you consent.

4. How long we keep it

Preview drawings are processed to create the preview and are not kept afterward. For paid books, uploaded drawings are used for creation and edits, then scheduled for deletion once the book is sent to print.

Order, payment, shipping, support, and security records may be kept when needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or customer-support reasons.

You can refuse analytics cookies. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing contact@drawnmagic.com.
